Deputies said the Dodge was stopped in the intersection of Main Street and Bass Boulevard in Dunedin with the brake lights activated, despite there being a green light. When deputies activated their overhead lights, they said the vehicle did not move.

Deputies found the driver, 26-year-old Michael Cruz, sleeping inside the vehicle with his foot on the brake. They said the vehicle was in drive and there were no other occupants inside the vehicle.
