ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. -- A 28-year-old man was shot and killed overnight in St. Petersburg. 

• 28-year-old man shot, killed in St. Pete overnight
• Victim identified as Brennan Williams
• Williams shot in parking lot of Member's Only Club

Police responded to the Member's Only Club at about 4:30 a.m. to reports of shots fired. 

Police said the victim, Brennan Williams, was shot in the parking lot and had already been driven to the hospital as police arrived on scene. 

Williams died shortly after arriving at Bayfront Hospital. 

Police have not released any more info on the shooting. They are currently working on interviewing witnesses. 

The investigation remains ongoing.
