TAMPA, Fla. -- A 39-year-old man is in custody after the shooting of two men at a South Tampa home.

According to Tampa police, officers responded to shooting at 3309 W Price Avenue. 

Upon arrival, police found David Bowles, 67, suffering a gunshot wound to the chest. His son, Adam Bowles, 32, suffered two gunshot wounds to the leg. Both were transported to Tampa General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

TPD's SWAT Team was called to the scene as a precaution if a suspect was still inside, but authorities later identified the suspect as Jonathan Lacroix. 

He was located a short time later at a fast food restaurant at 5156 S. Dale Mabry Highway. 

Police said Lacroix was armed and refused to speak to authorities when he wa taken into custody. 

Lacroix has been charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and one count of carrying a concealed firearm.

Officials said there is no known motive in the shooting as both victims said the attack was not provoked. 

The case remains under investigation.
