TAMPA, Fla. -- The owner of a 7-year-old pug named Guido is asking for his four-legged friend back, no questions asked.

The pug was take inadvertently when his owner's car was stolen on May 29. 

Donald Murray was working at Dibbs Commercial Center on Dale Mabry Highway, and as custom, Guido came to work with him. Murray said Guido was sleeping in his car with the windows and doors open when a unknown man got into his 1997 black Dodge Stratus and took off. 

The car was recovered abandoned the next day at 11601 Roosevelt Boulevard but Guido was missing and has not been located since. Murry said he just wants him back. 

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone who may know where Guido is to call the sheriff's office at 813-247-8200. Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward up to $3,000 for Guido's return.
