PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- A 22-year-old Lutz man was killed in a Thursday night crash, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
- Victim identified as Donovan Blaine Moore
- Crash happened at SR 54 and Trinity Boulevard
- FHP still investigating
The crash happened shortly before 9:30 p.m. at State Road 54 and Trinity Boulevard in Pasco County.
Troopers stated a 2011 Dodge Journey was traveling westbound on State Road 54 in the left turn lane approaching the intersection. The vehicle turned left under a flashing yellow turn signal and entered the path of a 1995 Jeep Cherokee.
The vehicles collided and troopers stated the Jeep Cherokee left the road, hit a concrete pole and overturned
The Jeep Cherokee's driver, Donovan Blaine Moore, died at the scene, according to FHP.
The driver of the Dodge Journey was not injured.
Troopers are still investigating.
