HUDSON, Fla. — Pasco County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a multiple shooting near an apartment complex in Hudson.

Officials said 911 operators received a call about the incident at 7:55 p.m. Deputies then responded to the scene at Ridgestone Apartments, located in the 12400 block of Little Road.
Investigators believe the shooting resulted from a botched drug deal, and that a number of people were shooting at each other. Officials said it's also believed multiple vehicles were involved.
The Sheriff's Office confirmed one person was killed in the exchange of fire. Of the three others shot, two were described as being in critical condition.
The third, according to the Sheriff's Office, was still at large. However, investigators believe this was an isolated incident.
