HUDSON, Fla. -- The Pasco County Sheriff's Office has made a second arrest in the fatal Hudson shooting resulting from a botched drug deal.

Anthony Blount was arrested on Thursday in connection to the Aug. 15 deadly shooting. His girlfriend, Alexas Gregas, 19, was arrested Saturday.

Gregas was charged with third degree murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (vehicle).

Detectives say Gregas was a lookout in the drug deal at the Ridgestone Apartment complex. A witness observed her handing a handgun to Blount through the window of her red Mitsubishi Outlander.

Detectives say Blount returned to his truck for the drug transaction between him and Jamarquez Codling and Kiyondrea Redfield. During that time, detectives say Codling and Redfield tried to rob Blount while inside the truck, at which point, Gregas rammed her vehicle into the side of Blount's truck.

Codling and Redfield then fled back to the Nissan sedan they arrived in, driven by Ariell Felder.

As Felder tried to pull away, Gregas rammed her vehicle into the side of the Nissan, detectives said.

Before the Nissan was able to drive away, Blount got out of his truck and fired no less than 13 rounds into the Nissan, striking Felder in the head.

At that point, Codling got out of the vehicle and began to fire back at Blount. Detectives say Codling was hit during the exchange of gunfire and later died from his injuries.

Blount was also shot twice during the encounter. Felder remains in critical condition at an area hospital, according to officials.

Detectives are still searching for Redfield and there is a warrant for his arrest for second degree murder and felony possession of marijuana.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
