TAMPA, Fla. -- Tampa Police are asking for the public's help for information on the homicide of an 18-year-old man.

At about 8:30 p.m. Sept. 3, police said Tesean Blue was riding a bike on Banyan Avenue from 13th Street North in Tampa when someone shot at Blue. Police said Blue fell off the bike in the 9400 block of Brooks Street North and died from his injuries.
Police are asking for the community's help in this case. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case.
