PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- Pasco County deputies arrested a woman who they say intentionally crashed her car with a two-month-old inside, just to get her ex-boyfriend's attention.

Breanna Bechtol, 21, faces a charge of aggravated child abuse.
Deputies said Bechtol was driving on James Road in Dade City with the infant in a car seat when she struck a pole. Bechtol told authorities that she didn't intend to hurt herself or the child, but that she wanted "to gain attention from her ex-boyfriend."
Bechtol was first taken to Florida Hospital Dade City for treatment then transported to the Pasco County jail where she is being held on a $50,000 bond.
