There will be some patchy fog in some areas around sunrise, but it will quickly go away Tuesday morning.

Lows will be muggy, only dropping to the low to mid 70s.

Tuesday will again feature warm, muggy conditions due to a breeze from the south, while a cold front is just to our north near the Panhandle. There will again be some scattered showers in the region that will all have a northward movement.

Highs will top out in the mid 80s.

Wednesday will be partly sunny with scattered showers and storms expected, especially later in the day going into the night as an approaching low pressure in the Gulf of Mexico moves towards us. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s.

Behind that low pressure will be a much stronger cold front that will knock our temperatures down to the coolest point this season thus far.

The last of the showers and storms will move through overnight Wednesday into early Thursday morning. That will immediately be followed by the cooler, drier air.

As a result, expect Thursday to be cooler, with clearing conditions as highs only reach the low to mid 70s.

Thursday night will be much cooler, with lows in the 50s and 40s.

That will set us up for multiple days ahead of below average temperatures from Friday into the upcoming weekend.
