ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Skies will continue to be mostly clear overnight into early Wednesday morning. It’s a gorgeous forecast into Wednesday with nice conditions and temperatures warming a few more degrees.

Expect morning lows to be cool, but not nearly as cool as a couple of mornings ago, with most spots in the upper 40s inland and coastal areas in the low to mid 50s.

Wednesday will again feature mostly sunny skies with just some passing clouds. High temperatures will reach the mid 70s.

Wednesday night will be mostly clear with lows in the 60s and 50s.

Thursday will continue the warming trend, with high temperatures reaching 80 in many spots for the first time in a while.

Skies however will start clouding up with partly to variably cloudy skies. There will be a 10 percent chance of a shower.

Skies will continue to be variably cloudy and even go mostly cloudy into Friday with highs near 80. Although temperatures will stay warm due to a southerly wind flow, there will be an increase in moisture leading to some scattered showers that day.

Saturday will be partly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of a shower. Highs will still be warm near 79.

Sunday will be partly cloudy with highs in the mid to upper 70s and a 20 percent chance of a shower.
