  • Richard Esquilin-Vega of St. Cloud held on no bond
  • Girl, 13, told deputies she didn't consent to the sex

Richard Esquilin-Vega, 52, is being held on no bond after deputies arrested him Wednesday, according to an Osceola County Sheriff's charging affidavit.

According to the report, deputies responded to Esquilin-Vega's Boggy Creek Road residence at about 2 a.m. after the girl's father called them.

The father told them that the girl went missing overnight, and he suspected she might be with Esquilin-Vega, so he and his wife drove to the man's home.

That's when the parents "observed the trailer to be rocking," deputies said, adding that Esquilin-Vega begged the father not to call police because he was on probation.

The girl told deputies that she went over to the man's home after he texted her, but she said she didn't consent to the sex.

She just turned 13 years old about two weeks ago, the report said.
