ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The morning will be cold and a little breezy with lows in the upper 30s in Tampa by Monday morning.

There will be some spots that drop to the freezing mark in Citrus and Hernando Counties. The light breeze should prevent a frost, though.

Monday will be a chilly day even though it will be sunny.  High temperatures an many locations will not get out of the 50s.

Skies will be sunny. There still be a little breeze out of the north then northeast.

Monday night will be clear and chilly with lows in the 30s and 40s.

Tuesday will be partly cloudy with highs moderating into the 60s to near 70.  Breezes will increase out of the east then southeast.

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with highs back to the 70s. It will be breezy and getting warmer. There may be showers and storms arriving as soon as the afternoon.

On Thursday, showers and storms will move through. Another cold front will follow. It will be breezy and turning cooler late.  Highs may reach 70 before dropping.

On Friday, north winds will keep cool air in place. Temperatures may again stay in the 50s. It will continue to be breezy. But skies will be sunny.

Next weekend is likely to stay cool. Another front may approach as soon as Sunday.
