ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — An area of high pressure off to our east in the Atlantic will keep a southeast wind around.

Warmer weather is expected this weekend with high temperatures in the low 80s.

The coast will be a little cooler as a sea breeze develops each day.

Overnight will be mostly clear with light winds. Lows will be in the 60s around Tampa Bay to the low 50s for the Nature Coast.

Saturday will be warm and dry with highs in the low 80s. The sea breeze will keep it cooler at the coast. The rain chance is less than 10 percent.

Sunday will be partly cloudy with light winds. Expect a sea breeze in the afternoon again. Highs will still be in the low 80s.

Monday will start out with fog or low clouds, but will be partly cloudy in the afternoon. There is a very small chance of showers.

A weak front will drift south and possibly through the Bay area Monday night.

Tuesday's winds will be northerly. Don't expect any cooling, but the humidity may drop briefly. Highs will be in the 80s.

Wednesday will be partly cloudy to mostly cloudy with a chance of isolated showers.  It will get a little breezy with winds out of the east.

It will stay warm for the rest of the work week.
