PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — Hundreds of Jeep lovers around Pasco County got to show their "wild side" as they drove through rocky trails, sand dunes and outrageous obstacles.

"We've always liked to do outdoor things, outside things, we started jeeping and we've been hooked ever since going on six years now," says attendee Al Feliz.

But with all the fun, comes a mission.

The event also raises money for the Pasco County Sheriff's Office K-9 unit.

"They are definitely not as funded as people think," says Tina Farrell, organizer and owner of Farrell Roofing.

The 'Jeepin' 4 Justice' event has donated over $30,000 to the unit so far.

One of their greatest accomplishments is gifting the department a dog, appropriately named Farrell.

"Doing our little bit to help the community makes it that much better," says Farrell.

Attendees hope this annual event will give Jeep fanatics the opportunity to reach new heights.

All while, helping the K-9 unit that works hard to keep them safe, every day.
