NATIONWIDE – The new trailer for Disney's live-action Mulan gets down to business.

On Thursday, Disney dropped the trailer, which shows Mulan (Yifei Liu) who steps in to take her ailing father's place in the army.

The upcoming film, directed by Niki Caro, is a remake of the 1998 animated film. And it's clear from the trailer that the new film will have some similarities as well as big differences to the original.

For instance, the trailer suggests that the film will feature two villians: Xian Lang (Gong Li), a shape-shifting witch and a man named Bori Khan (Jason Scott Lee).

Also in this version, Mulan has a sister.

The film also stars Donnie Yen as Commander Tung, Yonson An as fellow soldier Chen Honghui, Rosalind Chao as Mulan's mother, Tzi Ma as Mulan's father and Jet Li as the Emperor.

Mulan is set to arrive in theatres March 27, 2020.
