HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — Four-year-old Noah McAdams is now back with his parents after a judge signed a reunification order Monday morning.

McAdams had been living with his grandparents since September after his parents skipped his chemo treatments for his acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Child protective services got involved after the family left the area. They got a court order that resulted in taking Noah into custody after the boy and his parents were located in Kentucky.

After returning from Kentucky, a judge ordered for Noah to continue chemotherapy.

Noah is now done with the primary round of chemo, is back home with his parents, and is currently in remission.
