ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — This evening, a cold front will move southeast and out of the state.

Overnight will be breezy and chilly. The winds will keep temperatures fairly uniform across the area, but it will be cool with lows in the 40s. Clouds will decrease.

Boating will continue to be hazardous into Sunday. Winds will shift from northwest to north. High temperatures will get into the low 60s with sunshine. Wind speeds will decrease later in the day, as high pressure builds into the Gulf. So with lighter winds and clear skies, temperatures will drop off quickly by evening.

Sunday night will be the chilliest since before Christmas. With high pressure nearby, winds will be light. Skies will be clear with dew points in the 30s.  So temperatures will start cooling off quickly in the evening.

Sunday night into Monday morning lows will be in the mid 30s north to mid 40s for Tampa.

Monday will be sunny, but will only warm into the mid 60s. Winds will be light, so it will feel warm in the sun.

Another front will reinforce the cool air on Tuesday. It will hardly be noticeable as it passes, since winds will stay light. Winds will shift to northerly though. Skies will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy. Highs will be in the upper 60s.

Highs stay in the 60s for Wednesday with some high clouds moving in.

By Thursday, the high temperatures return to the 70s.
