ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Skies will be mostly cloudy with a few lingering showers and sprinkles overnight into the early morning hours.

Morning lows will be in the 40s and 50s.

Skies will clear after sunrise with mostly sunny skies the rest of the day.  It will be a beautiful day with highs in the low 70s.

A fast moving batch of moisture will pass on Wednesday with clouds and a few showers.  High temperatures will remain near 70.

Thursday will be a dry day, but moisture will again quickly approach from the west on Friday with showers likely late Friday going into Saturday morning.  The exact timing is still in question and something we will fine-tune as we get closer.

Temperatures will be a bit cooler this weekend.
