KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Gaylord Palms Resort has revealed the full lineup for its annual Christmas event, which has undergone a few changes due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

This year’s Christmas at Gaylord Palms, which runs from November 13 through January 3, 2021, will feature an all-new Snow Factory, an area filled with snow and wintry activities. Inside the Snow Factory, visitors will find Snow Flow Mountain, where they go tubing down a snow hill. They will also find the Snowball Build and Blast, where they can build and throw real snowballs.

The main attraction of the Christmas at Gaylord Palms event will be the I Love Christmas Movies pop exhibit. The experience replaces ICE!, which wasn’t able to take place this year. I Love Christmas Movies will feature 15 scenes recreated from various holiday films such as “The Polar Express,” “A Christmas Story,” and “Elf.” The exhibit has been designed with new social distancing measures.

Other Christmas activities at Gaylord Palms includes and live performances on the St. Augustine Stage, including the Cirque Dreams Unwrapped show, a holiday light show in the atrium featuring a large Christmas tree decorated with millions of lights, gingerbread cookie decorating, a socially-distanced meet-and-greet with Santa, a holiday-themed scavenger hunt and story time with Mrs. Claus.

The resort’s Villa de Flora, which underwent renovations, will offer a holiday buffet for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The venue will feature fresh and season food stations.
