When it comes to sweet treats, the storybook-inspired White Rabbit Dessert Experience believes that those after-meal delicacies shouldn't be just found at the bottom of a menu.

Creating a crepe, Madison Bradley could not be more excited to share her new routine, one that started only months ago.

“Honestly, I feel like the luckiest girl alive,” said Bradley.  “You get to see your dessert being made right there in front of you. Everyone’s favorite things and this is what I get to do all day.”

Moving to Central Florida from Tampa, Madison is taking charge over an open kitchen concept, serving, works of art.

“Look how beautiful “she” is! She’s going to be the belle of the ball after this.”

“She” being one of more than one hundred dessert items at White Rabbit Dessert Experience.

Madison now manages people “scooping ice cream,” she says – still in disbelief.

“I was raised by a chef. My father is licensed. Went to college for it and everything.”

Waffles, brownies, and daily-made ice creams.

“It tastes like frozen Nutella in your mouth.”

The whimsical décor is inspired by Alice in Wonderland, and the hope of the owners is to redefine how desserts should be experienced.

“It’s like something you’ve never seen before.”

Aside from Waterford Lakes, White Rabbit Dessert Experience currently has locations in Tonawanda, Cheektowaga, and Rochester, New York.  A new location is set to open in 2023 at Flamingo Crossings Town Center off of Western Way near State Road 429, just a stone's throw from Walt Disney World.
