The Edison at Disney Springs is now accepting reservations via OpenTable.

The first available date is Jan. 15 with times starting at 11:30 a.m. through 10 p.m.

At night, the restaurant transforms into a hotspot for adults. Only guest 21 years of age and older will be admitted.

The Edison is accepting walk-ins this week during its soft opening.

The restaurant also shared a look at its menu, which will include American fare such as fried chicken, a chili bread bowl, old-fashioned meatloaf, salads and more.
