Academy Award-winning music composer John Williams, astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson and ballerina Misty Copeland are being added to the attraction.

The show combines 35 audio-animatronics with a movie to portray the story of the United States. Among the technical updates to American Adventure: a new digital projection system, screen and speakers. The movie is also being converted from film to digital, and the music has been re-recorded with new orchestration.

Disney didn't say when the updated show would debut or when the changes would be complete.
