Tropical Storm Kirk will continue to move westward across the Atlantic through mid-week. It may strengthen some in the next two days, but some dry air will prevent too much strengthening.

After two days, the shear will increase. So at this point, Kirk is expected to stay a tropical storm. Once it moves into the Caribbean, it will encounter even more shear, so it is expected to weaken further.

In the North-Central Atlantic, Leslie probably is not even subtropical. It is under an upper level low, is cold core, and winds and thunderstorms are not even near the center. 

But it is named. It will most likely be absorbed by a larger low in a couple days. It will not move much, and will not affect land
