We're looking for video and pictures of:

• YOU On Demand - funny videos, cool kids, and pets

If you prefer, you can send us your photos, DVD or VHS tape by mail.

Before sending your material, please print, read and sign the release form. (You'll need the free Adobe Reader to view the release form).

Video that includes vulgar language, nudity or other content of an adult nature will not be accepted.

Video without a signed and completed release form will not be used.
