A pedestrian was killed on Sunday after being hit by a truck in Spring Hill.
According to reports, 81-year-old Lester Fisher was driving a 1998 Dodge Ram in the inside lane of U.S. 19 North, near Beverly Court.
Officials said Sheryl Ann Hathaway, 60, of Brooksville, was walking west from the east shoulder of U.S. 19 and traveled into the path of the Dodge Ram.
The truck collided with Hathaway, who died at the scene of the crash.
No one else was injured.
