Snowcat Ridge, which will become the state’s first snow park, is set to open on November 20.

The attraction is located in Dade City and will feature a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill as well as a 10,000-square-foot snow dome called the Arctic Igloo. Inside, visitors can build snowmen out of real snow. There will also be a mini slope for children inside the dome.

In addition to the snowy slopes, the park will feature an area called Alpine Village, which will include a holiday market.

Snowcat Ridge has been under construction next to TreeHoppers Aerial Adventure Park since late last year. When the coronavirus pandemic hit, many wondered if the snow park would still open debut in 2020. Last month, officials with the park said they were still on track to debut in November.

Tickets are now available for purchase online. For a limited time, Snowcat Ridge is offering a discount. To receive 10 percent off, use the code SNOW10.
