TAMPA, Fla. — Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has announced a new haunted house for Howl-O-Scream.

The after-hours event, which kicks off Sept. 10 and runs select nights through Oct. 31, will feature a house called “The Forgotten.”

“Victims will be drawn into a hidden world beyond the rubble and rocks of an unsuspecting quarry, where dark secrets lurk in the shadows,” Busch Gardens described the house in a news release Thursday.

As visitors venture through the house they enter an underground vampire realm.

“The Forgotten” is just one of the five haunted houses set for this year’s event, which will also feature eight expansive scare zones and “unpredictable hordes of creatures.”

Howl-O-Scream is a separately-ticketed event. Busch Gardens is offering discounts on single-night and two-park event tickets through July 25.
