TAMPA, Fla. — Busch Gardens is bringing back the Witch of the Woods haunted house for this year’s Howl-O-Scream event.

The theme park posted a teaser for the house on Twitter on Wednesday, along with the caption “she’s an icon, she’s a legend, and she’s back for more blood. She is the witch of the woods.”
Witch of the Woods, the first house announced for this year’s event, will have visitors venturing into a dark forest where “bone-chilling stories and dying screams” are the only things that make it out, according to a description on the Busch Gardens website.
An original concept, Witch of the Woods was one of three new houses introduced at last year’s Howl-O-Scream. In addition to houses, the event will also feature themed scare zones and live shows.
Howl-O-Scream, which is a separately ticketed event, will run select nights Sept. 9 through Oct. 31.
