  • Park features 400-foot-long snow tubing hill and indoor play area with snow

The Dade City attraction features a 400-foot-long snow tubing hill and a 10,000-square-foot indoor play area with “real snow.”

The park also offers an outdoor ice skating rink and private igloo rentals — both of which were added last year.

At Alpine Village, visitors can buy food and drinks as well as seasonal items and branded merchandise.

Snowcat Ridge debuted in November 2020, but just days after opening, the park temporarily closed after it misestimated the amount of snow needed for its indoor play area. The issue was quickly fixed.

General admission to the park includes a two-hour snow-tubing season and all-day access to the indoor play area, the ice skating rink and Alpine Village. Tickets start at $26.95. Ice skate rental, which is not included with general admision, is $9.95.

Ahead of its upcoming season, the park is hoping to fill more than 300 full-time and part-time positions. The pay will range between $12-$14 per hour.

Snowcat Ridge will be open select dates through Feb. 26.
