A Spring Hill man died Sunday morning after officials said he suffered a medical emergency while driving and crashed into two parked cars.

Steve Vajda, 83, was driving westbound on County Line Road at about 10 a.m. when he experienced a medical emergency while turning left onto U.S 19.

Vajda lost control of his 2013 Toyota Camry and drove onto the west shoulder of U.S. 19. The vehicle became airborne and crashed into two parked vehicles outside of the business located at 18835 U.S. 19.

Vajda died at the scene of the crash.  His passenger, Livia K. Nagy, 75, was taken to Bayonet Point Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.
