A 25-year-old man was arrested Sunday after he was caught naked in a bed with a 10-year-old boy inside a Tampa home, police said.
Ernest R. Johnson, of Tampa, was charged with lewd and lascivious molestation, burglary of an occupied dwelling and possession of burglary tools.
According to a report, Tampa police responded around 4:34 a.m.to a burglary call in the area of North 22nd Street and East Rampart Street.
When police arrived, the victim's mother said she found Johnson naked in the bed with her son.
The man got out of the bed and jumped out of the window he forcibly entered and fled the scene.
Police were able to use a K-9 unit to track Johnson, where he was arrested.
The investigation is ongoing.
