A man was stabbed and critically wounded during an altercation outside a St. Petersburg nightclub early Sunday, police said.
Just before 2 a.m., an argument involving several people inside the Somethin' Different nightclub, 2420 Central Avenue, spilled out into the street.
A witness reported seeing Delorean Feaster, 29, twice stab Alex Earnest, 32, police said.
An officer on the scene arrested Feaster, and Feaster has been charged with attempted second-degree murder.
Earnest was transported to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg, where he underwent surgery. He is listed in critical condition.
Central Avenue was closed in the area until nearly mid-morning.
