One man was killed and another seriously injured Friday afternoon in a four-vehicle crash in Spring Hill.

The crash happened at 4:45 p.m. on Anderson Snow Road near the intersection with Oak Chase Boulevard.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Scott Dennison, 22, of Masaryktown, was driving a 1994 Honda Civic south on Anderson Snow Road and was negotiating a right curve.

Troopers said he attempted to pass several vehicles in a no-passing zone, including a southbound 2003 Ford Mustang, when he lost control of his vehicle while trying to negotiate the curve.

The left side of the Honda Civic collided with the front of a 2014 Toyota Tundra driven by Joshua Delbridge, 32, of Spring Hill.

The Tundra went off the east shoulder and overturned, while the Civic spun, colliding with the 2003 Ford Mustang and a 2000 Honda Civic.

Dennison was thrown from his car. He died from his injuries at the scene of the crash.

Delbridge was taken to Bayonet Point Hospital with serious injuries.

Neither of the two other drivers involved were injured.

Troopers said no charges will be filed in this crash.
