VALRICO, Fla. -- Two people have been arrested in connection to a drive-by shooting that occurred in a Valrico neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said the two suspects shot three rounds out of a vehicle at someone around 2:44 p.m. near 3816 Polumbo Drive. 

One neighbor, who lives five houses down, said their daughter and other neighbors were outside playing at the time of the shooting. Luckily, no one was injured, authorities said. 

The suspects then hid the gun after the shooting, authorities said. 

Logan Hartwell, 22, who was driving, was charged with 2nd degree attempted murder and direct discharge of a firearm from a vehicle. The passenger in the vehicle, who is 17-years-old, is charged with tampering with physical evidence. 

According to the sheriff's office, Hartwell and the victim have had an ongoing dispute for about a year.
