PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- A Pasco County school bus driver was cited for failure to yield after causing a crash with a dump truck Thursday morning.

Troopers said the bus was traveling eastbound on Overpass Road when it stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of Boyette Road. According to the report, the bus failed to remain stopped and entered the intersection as a dump truck was traveling through. 

The dump truck collided with the side of the bus, causing the bus to tilt over slightly. 

Officials said five students from Quail Hollow Elementary were on the bus and were uninjured.

No other information has been released in the crash.
