ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Since it is warmer now, it will be a milder night with overnight lows in the 60s.

There will be mostly cloudy skies with a few sprinkles to showers coming in from the Gulf.

Saturday will feature partly sunny skies and a breezy wind from the south. There will be some scattered showers moving through the area. The higher coverage will likely be north of Tampa Bay.  Then a better chance of heavier showers is likely for all areas Saturday night. 

Highs will be in the upper 70s to near 80, warmer than we saw this past week.

The lows will be near 70 Sunday morning with some fog possible.

Sunday will feature partly sunny skies with again a chance for some scattered showers. 

Highs will be in the low 80s with a southerly breeze.  It will be muggy as dew points make it into the 70s.

Monday will feature mostly cloudy skies with scattered showers in the area. Highs will still be in the low 80s with muggy conditions. It will be breezy.

Tuesday will be the day the next cold front moves through the area. There will be showers and storms with the front followed by the next blast of cooler air Tuesday night.

Highs will be in the mid 70s Tuesday, followed by dropping temperatures Tuesday night.

The rain will exit and skies will clear with lows dropping to the 40s Wednesday morning.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny but cool with highs in the low 60s.

Wednesday night will be cold with lows in the 30s and 40s.

Thursday will be mostly sunny with highs in the 60s.
