PLANT CITY, Fla. — A vigil will be held Friday night for the victim in a Plant City hit-and-run crash as a search for the driver continues.

According to police, Miquel A. Hernandez Jr., 21, was killed when he and two other men were struck by a vehicle while walking on State Road 574 late Sunday night. 

Hernandez and two other men from Dover, ages 21 and 20, were walking eastbound on SR 574 after having left Fuego Bar & Grille. 

Hernandez died at the scene.

Plant City police recovered a white 2007 Cadillac Escalade but have not said who was driving the vehicle. Police have not said who the Escalade belongs to or whether it was stolen prior to the accident.
