Giselle Reyes Felix, of Dundee, is charged with child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was taken to the Polk County Jail, the Sheriff's Office said Friday.

According to an affidavit, Felix drove one of the girls to near where the other one lives.

The 17-year-old was walking home from school when she was yelled at and attacked by the 16-year-old.

"Our adult suspect was supposed to be responsible for the 16-year-old girl. Instead, she not only drove the girl to the victim, but she also incited and encouraged a fight, and coached the girl on how to hit the victim," said Sheriff Grady Judd. "This was totally irresponsible."

Felix was arrested Wednesday. The 16-year-old was also charged with battery.

Neither juvenile suffered serious injuries.

The Sheriff's Office released video of the fight on YouTube.
