MULBERRY, Fla. — Grief counselors were on hand Tuesday at Mulberry High School after two students were killed in a weekend crash. 

Kenny Haney and Chad Hall died as a result of a crash early Sunday morning on State Road 37. 

Haney, 17, was the driver of the Honda Civic the young men were traveling in. Haney died at the scene. Hall died Monday at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center. Hall was 18 years old. 

A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Mulberry High School football stadium. According to the police report, the Civic crashed into the back of a semi-truck at a red light at State Road 640.

Both were members of the football team.
