HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — A pedestrian was hit and killed Tuesday evening whiling crossing Hillsborough Avenue.
The crash occurred around 7 p.m. east of Orient Road.
Troopers said the 31-year-old man from Jacksonville walked into the path of a Chevy pickup truck and was hit.
The pedestrian died at the scene.
According to the report, no charges are pending.
