TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Police Department is attempting to locate a couple believed to have information on a homicide from October of 2018.

The victim, an adult man, was dropped off at the Gracepoint crisis center in Tampa on October 3 by an unknown couple, according to police, and died ten days later at St. Joseph's Hospital after complaining of upper body pain.

The man and woman were captured on the center's surveillance video dropping off the victim in a white truck, and seen driving away shortly after.  The staff at Gracepoint did not get their names or number, police said.

The man's death was originally ruled an undetermined death, however, after continued investigations, the case was re-classified as a homicide on May 8, 2019.

Police are now looking to identify the couple seen in the video, who police believe may have information on the investigation.  Police say the man and woman are not suspects.

If you recognize the couple, you are asked to contact Tampa Police at 813-231-6130.
