ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Some showers and storms will be around through this evening, while a flood warning for northwest Citrus County has been extended until Monday evening.

Overnight should be mostly dry, but there is a small chance of a few coastal showers or storms north of Tampa Bay late. Lows will be in the 70s.
On Monday, the pattern will finally switch back to a regular summertime pattern with a more southeasterly wind. Although, areas north of Tampa may not quite get the winds to switch around. There will be a better chance of showers and storms starting early there Monday.

For Monday, some drier air moves in overhead. This will reduce the coverage of storms for the day. There will likely be a little more sun. So highs will be in the 90s. A few storms will develop in the afternoon along the sea breeze. Storms may start a little earlier for the Nature Coast.
Tuesday looks very similar when it comes to the pattern, but with a little deeper moisture in the mid and upper levels, the coverage of showers and storms will be a bit higher.
From Wednesday into next weekend, a southeasterly wind will prevail. Showers and storms will develop in the afternoons along the sea breezes and will end during the evenings. Highs will be in the 90s.
