The Polk County Sheriff's Office arrested Keith Kwiatek after someone took note of Kwiatek's Facebook posts. One post said "These pigs have me down but I have plans for them."

Another post said "Something bad is happening tomorrow. Just check back tomorrow night."

There was also an image of bullets on court documents along with a CD cover depicting a bloody hand holding cash.

"I call it a sign," said Sheriff Grady Judd. "Keith called it art. Well I call it evidence."

Judd said investigators believe the posts related to a court hearing Kwiatek was set to make in Pasco County.

Neighbor Pat Grovenger said Kwiatek didn't seem to have much of a life. "If you wave to him there is no wave back or anything, very odd."

While the posts didn't make an explicit mass shooting threat, Judd believed the posts added together warranted action.

"Because when you compile his words, his statements, his pictures, his bloody hand holding money, that evidence is of someone who is unstable and dangerous," he said.
