ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — At Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, four little girls settle in for their annual photo.

Known as the Tutu Girls, Lauren, Ava, Chloe, and McKinley reunite every year. The tradition began three years ago while the girls were undergoing cancer treatment at Johns Hopkins.

This year, one of the four girls is battling a relapse, so the girls are taking their annual picture in her hospital room.

The girls' families say the circle of friends inspires hope in parents and other patients.
