NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. — One person inside a Riverbank Dr. home was uninjured after Pasco County Sheriff’s deputies say a neighbor, Timothy Farmer, 47, intentionally backed into the home as part of a long running feud.

“When the deputies got there, he was still in the vehicle. He was inebriated. He could barely stand. He did down another drink while we were there because he said he was going to jail, so he was going to go ahead and make the best of the situation,” said Pasco County Sheriff’s Office Community Relations Director Kevin Doll.

According to the sheriff’s office, Farmer claims he didn’t know anyone was home at the time. One woman who was inside was unharmed.

Pasco County temporarily condemned the home due to structural issues.

Farmer faces charges including DUI, burglary, and resisting arrest.
