Pinellas Park Police said Terrell Williams, 21, of St. Petersburg, was on his lunch break behind the business when a white sedan drove up to the area. Two masked men got out of the car and shot the victim multiple times before fleeing in the vehicle.

Nikki Vaseliades, a witness, said she jumped over a fence and began doing CPR on Williams.

"He was fading. I could see it. He looked at me like I was an angel of light, and I held his hand, and I talked him back, and as long as I saw his eyes looking into mine, and he kept telling me, 'Air, air,'" Vaseliades said.

Williams was transported to Bayfront Hospital where he died from his injuries.

Police are now calling this a deliberate and targeted attack on the victim. The two suspects are still at large.

"We do believe there are multiple shooters involved in this case. There's a white vehicle that was seen fleeing the area at a high rate of speed that was observed by witnesses that we do believe is absolutely involved," said Cpt. Adam Geissenberger with Pinellas Park Police.

Police say the two gunmen also had their arms covered when they got out of that white car and opened fire.

They're asking anyone with information on the shooting to call the department at 727-369-7804.

The investigation remains ongoing.
