PLANT CITY, Fla. — The Florida Strawberry Festival kicks off Thursday in Plant City.

There will be changes this year to keep people safe because of the coronavirus.

There will still be plenty of strawberries but no headline concerts.

But there will still be live music throughout the grounds, along with the usual livestock, rides and food offerings.

More than 100 sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the grounds for crowds during the 11-day festival.

The event runs through March 14.

Admissions:

  • Adults (ages 13+): $10
  • Children (ages 6-12): $5
