Tampa police are seeking help from the public identifying a victim or victims after body parts were found in McKay Bay on Friday.

Police have released an image of a tattoo found on what was identified as a lower right thigh. The tattoo shows three hearts and reads Sean, Greg and Zach.

The body part was found in the water by a fisherman by the 22nd Street Causeway Bridge.

Additional body parts were discovered in the water later in the day.

The medical examiner is trying to determine cause of death while detectives are going through missing person reports to try and find a possible match of the tattoo.
