8:15 p.m. Monday update: Kathleen Moore's boyfriend has been charged with her death, according to Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco.

Collin Knapp, 30, has been charged with second-degree murder.

Nocco says they have not found her remains yet but they believe she is deceased due to the evidence they've obtained. Authorities say they found bloody clothing belonging to Knapp inside of a Walgreens dumpster.

Nocco says Knapp has been arrested before on counts of aggravated assault, aggravated battery and domestic violence, though Kathleen Moore was not involved in any of these cases. Nocco also noted Knapp has previous charges linked to narcotics.
